By completing your booking, you accept all of our booking conditions as set out below. The terms and conditions also apply in applicable parts when purchasing gift cards and in all parts for bookings with gift cards as a payment method.

Booking and payment

Booking and payment for accommodation takes place via our website.
When you have completed and paid for your booking, a confirmation email is sent to the specified email address with your unique booking ID, as well as the booking of any add-ons.
The booking is only confirmed when payment has been made.

The confirmation email with your booking and completed payment serves as an agreement between you and Kroksjöns Skogsretreat. Check that the information is correct and notify us immediately of any inaccuracies.
The entire amount for the accommodation is paid at the time of booking via bank, credit card or Swish. Open purchase is valid up to 28 days before the arrival date.

All prices include VAT.

Cancellation

Full refund applies for cancellations up to 28 days before arrival date.

In case of cancellation from 27 days up to and including 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount is refunded.
No refund if canceled 13 days or later than 13 days before arrival.
In the confirmation email, you will find a link to "my booking pages" where you can go in yourself and make changes/cancel your booking up to 14 days before the arrival date.

Rebooking

All rebookings are valid for the same season and subject to availability.
Free rebooking up to 28 days before the arrival date via your booking pages which you will find in the confirmation email.
27 days up to and including 14 days before the arrival date, an administration fee of SEK 300 is payable for rebooking.

13-0 days before the arrival date, rebooking only applies on presentation of a medical certificate, minus SEK 300 admin fee.

Cancellation protection

 

Choose whether you want to take out cancellation protection of SEK 400 in connection with your booking. This amount is non-refundable.
With the cancellation protection, free cancellation applies up to 14 days before the arrival date.
13-1 days before arrival date 50% refund applies.
You can rebook in the same season and subject to availability up to 24 hours before check-in.
Cancellation protection is valid up to 24 hours before check-in.

Gift cards

 

Gift cards can be purchased via our website. Each gift card generates a unique code that is entered when booking and redeemed in connection with any purchase at Kroksjöns Skogsretreat. The gift card is valid as a means of payment for purchases at Kroksjöns Skogsretreat and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the entire amount is not used at once, the remaining amount can be used at another time within the validity period. The gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Complaint

Any inaccuracies that occur during the stay must be reported immediately so that the business can try to compensate for this. Kroksjöns Skogsretreat does not compensate for inaccuracies during the stay that are only reported afterwards.

The Personal Data Act

By paying, you consent to the personal data provided being processed by Kroksjöns Skogsretreat. These are used for the purpose of enabling customary guest administration and for the business's accounting in accordance with current requirements. The data may also be used for feedback on your stay and for travel-related offers. Kroksjöns Skogsretreat guarantees that your data is handled responsibly.

Reservation

We reserve the right to make any changes to the booking rules regarding prices, cancellation, available dates and other regulations during the current season. What is relevant when you book and what is in your booking confirmation indicates what applies to your booking.

Kroksjöns Skogsretreat reserves the right for possible typos.

We have the right to cancel the booking in the event of unforeseen events and for security reasons. You as a guest must then primarily be offered a similar booking on another occasion and if this cannot be arranged, the entire sum for the booking must be refunded.
